The animal bog is ancient and contains the active ingredients (plant substances, essential oils, resins, humic acid, minerals and trace elements, etc.) of more than 350 original plants, which thrived after the last ice age about 10,000 years ago, then sunk in standing waters and finally matured into the moor.
